Position Summary:
We are seeking for a bright, energic, self-motivated, technically minded Senior Information Technology Administrator who will serve as the company’s key technical contact responsible for our Bank’s technology stack. A successful candidate would be someone with 8+ years of hands-on, advanced infrastructure & application support experience, superb team management skills, and crisis management. This person must have an excellent communication aptitude, technically minded, strong work ethic, committed to excellence, team management experience, effective problem-solving skill, team collaboration, and creative growth mindset.
The Senior IT Administrator is a key management & technical member of the Information Technology team. This role will play a vital function in managing our Bank’s technology stacks and take part in various key technology projects. In additional, this individual will report to the Vice President of Information Technology and will work closely with Chief Technology Officer on key initiatives.
The role will be asked to provide desktop support as needed.
Technology Requirements: Expert Level Knowledge:
• Microsoft Azure (Intune, Azure AD, VDI, Compliance, etc.)
• Exceptional troubleshooting skill is a MUST
• Networking Knowledge is highly desirable
• Hands-on is a MUST
• Microsoft Power Platform is a highly desirable
• Experience in Zendesk administration is highly desired
Intermediate Level:
• Solid understanding of Cyber Security
• Power Shell and/or other scripting languages
• Technical writing and documentation
Management & Supervisory Requirements:
• Responsible for the entire technology infrastructure stack and operations
• Assist CTO on IT project planning, invoicing, contract negotiation and budget planning
• Hands-on technical experience is a must
• Provide oversight of the Information Technology operations for ongoing improvements
• Lead and ensure initiatives are completed in a timely manner with efficiency
• Serve as the first Point-of-Contact for any onsite technology emergencies

Education and Other Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree
• Some weekend and off-hour support will be required
• Love to be technically hands-on
• Certification in Azure Cloud or Microsoft Power Automate AI certificate or training is a PLUS
• Some heavy lifting of less than 50 pounds may be required
• May be required to work outside of typical hours to meet business needs
• Some traveling is required
• Must have a valid driver ID
